These T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of all members, residents, and visitors ("you" or "your") within the Ridge Grove Estates community, including interactions with HOA property, services, and any digital platforms maintained by the HOA (e.g., website, portal). By becoming a member of the Ridge Grove Estates HOA, residing within Ridge Grove Estates, or otherwise interacting with the HOA's property or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C. These T&C are designed to establish the legal relationship between you and the Ridge Grove Estates HOA.
3. Scope and Applicability
These T&C are defined according to the specific needs and nature of the Ridge Grove Estates HOA. They govern, but are not limited to, the use of common areas, adherence to community rules and regulations, payment of assessments, maintenance of property, and participation in HOA-related activities.
